Purchasing of power is rather mordern with the use of a card, this power comsumption can be monitored for you budgeting needs. The cable tv service plus internet supplied is part of your rental package. the aptment comes with a full take of propane on entry but its ur responsibility to refill the tank after having used it. There is also hot and cold shower sytem in every apartment. The Family and management of Paradise View Apartments are very kind and loving people but will not tollerate any vanderlizsing of the property and mallicious behavior.
