Here’s how it works
Getting starting with Dominica Housing is easy! We at Dominica Housing have streamlined the registration process to enable users to get their property listed with little effort. The process Comprises of four easy steps.
1 Signup
Signup is Free and only require a username, password and a valid email address. Once these requirements are supplied and submitted a welcome notification will be automatically send to the email specified during signup. The Welcome email will contain your username and password (it’s advisable to keep this information private and secure since this information will be required for login into the system)To complete signup you would need to confirm your email address by clicking on the link that reads "Finish your registration". Remember check your junk mail and add us to your friends list.
2 Create Listing
Once your email address has been confirmed you can now login and create a profile listing for your property using the credentials supplied at signup.On the Dashboard Click on the "Get Started" button to be given a Property Listing form. The form is separated into five (5) Easy to fill out section, (Please ensure that all relevant field are correctly filled out) Your Google map Location can be added by clicking and dragging the red marker to your property location. (You may also use zoom to accurately position the marker). Upon completion click save.
3 Upload Photos
Point your cursor to photos on the top menu and upload your high quality photos. The quality and choice of photos use is very important as it directly reflects your business and may deter would be tenants.
4 Add Room Packages
Since every property would include different room type accommodation and pricing, we introduce Room Packages, here you can create different packages base on room type or room bundle. Every room package will contain a name, description and rates, this information will be displayed to the visitors on the Rooms and Rates Tabs on your listing.
